This is a list of all standard documents published by PLC. All standard documents have links to related drafting notes and are regularly updated by PLC editors.

| Appointment of fixed charge or LPA receiver A precedent form of letter by which a secured creditor appoints a receiver to assets of a borrower, under a fixed charge, using powers granted by the relevant security documents. This precedent contains integrated drafting notes. |
| Contract for the sale of freehold land by an LPA receiver A contract for the sale of freehold land by a Law of Property Act receiver. The contract is based on the Standard document, Contract for the sale of freehold land with vacant possession, with the necessary amendments to make it suitable for use where a Law of Property Act receiver has been appointed. It incorporates the Standard Commercial Property Conditions (second edition). The integrated drafting notes are confined to issues arising out of the fact that the sale is by a Law of Property Act receiver. | Certificate of urgency for applications in insolvency proceedings The prescribed wording of the certificate of urgency, which is required under Practice Direction: Insolvency Proceedings (23 February 2012) (PDIP) where a party is making an urgent application to court in insolvency proceedings. The certificate is identical to the form included in paragraph 9.1 of PDIP. It should be adapted to the specific facts and circumstances, including the correct court headings. |
