Employers and Occupational Pensions

Compromise agreement (long form)

An agreement between an employer and employee to compromise an employee's contractual and statutory claims on termination of employment. For a shorter compromise agreement suitable for a simple termination of employment see Standard document, Compromise agreement (short form).

Trustee confidentiality agreement

A long-form confidentiality agreement for use between trustees of a pension scheme and its participating employer(s) and/or companies in the participating employer's group. Deed of amendment: flexible apportionment arrangements

Deed of amendment: scheme apportionment arrangement

A deed of amendment to be used when amending the deed or rules of a defined benefit occupational pension scheme to permit the apportionment of employer debts. The deed also contains sample wording for a scheme apportionment arrangement.
