This is a list of all standard documents published by PLC. All standard documents have links to related drafting notes and are regularly updated by PLC editors.

| Partnership agreement under section 75 of the National Health Service Act 2006 An agreement between a local authority and an NHS body under section 75 of the National Health Service Act 2006. The agreement has been updated in anticipation of the changes to the NHS taking effect from 1 April 2013. A drafting note describes how the agreement can be adapted for use in Wales. |

| Local Government Pension Scheme: bond agreement A bond agreement for use by an administering authority of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and a guarantor of obligations owed to the relevant LGPS fund by an admission body. | Volunteer agreement A letter agreement setting out the non-contractual arrangements between an organisation and an individual volunteering their services. |
| Secondment agreement An agreement between an employer and a third party organisation (the host) for the secondment of an employee. Integrated drafting notes. | Grant agreement A grant agreement for use by public sector bodies funding projects undertaken by public, private or third sector organisations. |
| Invitation to tender (public sector) A standard invitation to tender (ITT) document that can be used by a contracting authority purchasing services in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/5). | Services agreement for use by public sector bodies An agreement for use by public sector authorities for the purchase of services. The agreement can be used for a variety of services including those involving a transfer of staff and use of the public body’s assets. It includes the standard public sector boilerplate provisions. |

| Local Government Pension Scheme: admission agreement A standard form admission agreement for use by an administering authority of the Local Government Pension Scheme. The agreement is the means by which a private contractor, to whom former local government employees transfer under TUPE, can participate in the Scheme as an admission body. The Local Government Pension Scheme (Administration) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/239), as amended by the Local Government Pension Scheme (Miscellaneous) Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/1989), detail a list of matters to be included in admission agreements with both tranferee admission bodies and community admission bodies. These are referred to in the drafting notes where appropriate. This standard document contains drafting notes integrated within the text.
