This is a list of all standard documents published by PLC. All standard documents have links to related drafting notes and are regularly updated by PLC editors.

| Memorandum on liabilities of directors in respect of a prospectus This memorandum outlines the responsibilities and obligations of directors in relation to the publication of a prospectus, and may be used in connection with rights issues and other secondary issues. |

| Insider list A standard document insider list to be adapted for compliance with the requirement to draw up insider lists in Disclosure Rule 2.8. This standard document list has been created as a potential insider list in relation to a particular transaction. The persons to be named in the insider list are persons who have access, in connection with the transaction, to inside information relating directly or indirectly to the issuer.
