This is a list of all standard documents published by PLC. All standard documents have links to related drafting notes and are regularly updated by PLC editors.

| Telecoms interconnection agreement (reciprocal VoIP) A standard document for two telecoms companies to interconnect their networks on a reciprocal basis using voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP). |
| IP, IT and communications due diligence questionnaire A standard document legal due diligence information request list that focuses on issues relating to intellectual property, information technology and communications. It is to be used in connection with an asset or share purchase relating to companies where those areas are relevant, such as companies in the pharmaceutical and IT sectors. |
| MVNO agreement A standard mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) agreement for a mobile-network operator (MNO) supplier to provide wholesale services to a virtual operator for resale to its own customers. |

| Mobile application development agreement (pro-supplier) An agreement, drafted from the supplier’s point of view, in which a software supplier agrees to develop and supply a mobile application, to license the intellectual property rights in it to the customer and to maintain it. |
| Mobile application end-user licence agreement This standard document end-user licence agreement is to be used in the context of a mobile application that is downloaded or streamed electronically onto a mobile phone or other handheld device, such as a tablet. |
| Fibre capacity agreement A standard framework fibre capacity agreement for a supplier to provide capacity on a telecommunication network to a business customer. |
| WiFi roaming agreement An agreement between a wireless internet service provider (WISP) and a platform provider, designed to give end-users access to a network of wireless hotspots belonging to a number of WISPs. |
| Mobile application development agreement (pro-customer) An agreement, drafted from the customer's point of view, in which a software supplier agrees to develop and supply a mobile application, to assign the intellectual property rights in it to the customer and to maintain it. |
| Mobile application privacy policy A policy for use by a business that offers a mobile app on a website, offers services through the app, collects non-sensitive personal data in connection with an individual’s use of the app and those services and stores and uses the data for the purpose of supplying those services and for contacting users with direct marketing information. |
| Terms and conditions for WiFi access Terms and conditions governing a contract between a wireless internet service provider and a customer, designed to give the customer's employees access to a network of wireless hotspots. |
| Managed services agreement An agreement that is intended for use where the supplier will provide a service consisting of the integrated management of personnel, equipment, materials, software and telecoms services. It is drafted slightly in favour of the supplier, but is nevertheless a reasonably balanced document. |
