As business is increasingly conducted and regulated internationally, PLC has teamed up with a number of leading law firms around the globe, to make their clients briefings available to all PLC subscribers and registered users. You will find these publications returned in searches on our sites.
The firms we work with include the global elite, such as Clifford Chance, Skadden Arps, Simpson Thacher, Herbert Smith and Hogan Lovells, as well as national champions in countries as far afield as De Brauw, Blackstone Westbroek in the Netherlands, Uria Menendez in Spain, King & Wood in China, J Sagar in India and Nishimura & Asahi in Japan.
We have introduced a series of IT developments which mean that all PLC subscribers can search for LFPs using keywords on the main PLC site. LFPs now appear as regular articles alongside other PLC resources such as Practice notes, Legal updates etc.

If you click on a Law Firm Publication, you will be taken to a page where you will be able to:

At present all articles are chosen and uploaded by our Law Firm Publications Co-ordinator who is responsible for the content that we include. Predominantly, we're looking for up-to-date information on the latest legal developments in the international market.
As we have our own experienced editors for our UK and US services, at present, we only publish articles and features relating to developments outside the UK and the US. However, we are keen to cover certain UK and US industry sector developments that may not be covered by our editorial teams and will be looking to increase the volume of these types of publications. We may also be unable to publish certain articles dealing with the adoption of EU Directives or Regulations. Conversely, we are very interested in articles examining the implementation of EU Directives in jurisdictions (other than the UK).
You can view our US Law Firm Publications on industry sector developments here. If you have any questions in relation to the type of content we're looking for, please contact Luke Sillett.
