When the Regulation is likely to come into force, and what companies need to be thinking about now to prepare for REACH's effect.
Registration
Practical examples will be used to navigate the Registration obligation for substances with the new European Chemicals Agency.
Evaluation
Brief summary of the evaluation provisions in the draft proposed Regulation.
Authorisation
Practical exercises to look at the detailed requirements for Authorisation of substances containing more than a certain level of substances of concern – carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic (CMRs).
REACH terminology
REACH applies in different ways to substances, preparations and substances in articles. We will take a look at some of the main defined terms and explain why they matter.
